I had a few problems with his phone number and usernames, but they are resolved now and I can use the phone number I paid for. I was still able to pay with DC unlocker and it was a very simple process. My phone number was locked to a different region than my SIM so I was forced to pay in order to unlock the region. I then installed the DC unlocker and voil, the phone was now able to make and receive calls.

I have a CDMA phone number with no voice dialing function enabled, I downloaded the mobile partner software and was able to enable voice dialing. Is there anything I can do to get the phone number unlocked with the DC unlocker or have the phone number unlocked first before I use the DC unlocker? I used your link to unlock my phone number, however I was still able to make calls with the DC unlocker.
